About Ritu
(Co-Founder & Academic Head)
Ritu holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, a B.Ed, and is CTET qualified. She has also completed NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), giving her deep understanding of early childhood needs, child psychology, and classroom methodologies.
Her academic strength and teaching experience help in designing a child-centric curriculum that focuses on experiential learning, creativity, and concept clarity.
About Satinder
(Co-Founder & Operations Head)
Satinder is an MBA in Human Resources and UGC NET qualified, bringing strong expertise in management, communication, and child-friendly administration. She ensures smooth operations, high-quality staff recruitment, and a warm, well-organized school environment where children feel safe and supported.
Together, Ritu and Satinder combine strong educational expertise + modern management excellence to create a preschool that truly supports holistic child development.
